At University Park Cleaners, we take great care with every item entrusted to us. Our goal is to provide the highest quality cleaning and customer service. However, by using our services, customers acknowledge and accept the following terms:
Garment Care & Risk Acknowledgment
While we strive to treat all items with the utmost care, some garments may present risks during the cleaning process due to age, wear, manufacturing defects, or the nature of certain fabrics and embellishments. By leaving your items with us, you acknowledge these risks.Damage Policy
In the rare event that damage occurs as a result of our handling or cleaning, we will evaluate the item and determine the appropriate course of action. Our liability is limited to a maximum of ten (10) times the cost of the cleaning charged for that specific item.Unclaimed Items
Items not claimed within 90 days of the due date will be considered abandoned and may be donated or discarded at our discretion.Item Counts
Customers are responsible for checking the item count at drop-off and pick-up. Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours.Designer & Delicate Items
Delicate fabrics (such as silk, linen, cashmere) and designer brands may incur additional charges due to the extra time and care required for handling. These charges will be discussed at drop-off whenever possible.
